2 poblano peppers (broiled, skined, seeded)
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1/4 cup parsley chopped
2 tablespoons chives chopped
1 tablespoon dill chopped
1 cup low-fat mayo
1/2 cup low-fat sour cream
1/4 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
