Salsa Verde

Ingredients

10 tomatillos
1 white onion
4 serrano chiles
4 cloves garlic
1/2 cup cilantro
1 tbsp better than bullion
1 tbsp. cooking oil
salt to taste

Peep off husk and wash residue
Peel and quarter onion
Chopp off tops of chilies
Add garlic and boil for about 10 minutes

Add all to blender, and add cilantro
Add 1 tbsp better than bullion

In saucepan add oil and pour in blender contents, stir until your desired consistency.

Move to bottles and pour over tacos...
