Enchilada Sauce

Enchilada Sauce


Ingrediants


     3 tablespoons oil
     1 tablespoon flour
     2 tablespoons chili powder
     2 tablespoons paparika
     2 cups chicken stock
     10 ounces tomato paste
     1 teaspoon dried oregano
     1 teaspoon salt


In a saucepan
     heat oil
     add flour
     cook for about a minute


Add the chili and paprika
     cook for another minute
Add 2 cups of chicken stock

     10 ounces tomato paste

     1 teaspoon dried oregano
     1 teaspoon salt

Bring to a boil

     reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes
     stir occationally
     sauce will thicken
