Mexican Restaurant Cheese Dip

Mexican Restaurant Cheese Dip 
Ingredients
- 2 tsps onion powder
- 2 tsps garlic powder
- 2 tsps cumin
- 2 cans chopped green chilies
- 1 tbs butter or margarine
- 1/2 cup milk, or as needed
- 1 pound white American cheese, cubed

Instructions
Place cheese, milk, and butter in a medium saucepan over low heat.
Cook until cheese has melted, stirring frequently.
Stir in green chilies, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper to taste.
Add more milk if dip is too thick.
Heat through and serve immediately.
Enjoy!

KFC Style Gravy

KFC Style Gravy

Ingredients
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Salt to taste

Directions
1. Melt the Butter
In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.

2. Make the Roux
Once melted, whisk in the flour to create a roux. Cook for 2-3 minutes, whisking constantly, until the mixture turns a light golden brown.

3. Add Broths
Slowly add the chicken broth and beef broth to the roux, whisking continuously to avoid lumps.

4. Season the Gravy 
Add the onion powder, garlic powder, black pepper, and a pinch of salt. Stir until well combined.

5. Simmer
Bring the gravy to a simmer, whisking occasionally, and cook for 5-7 minutes until thickened to your desired consistency.

6. Taste and Adjust
Taste and adjust seasoning with more salt and pepper if needed.

Brazilian Cheese Bread

Brazilian Cheese Bread
Ingredients:

1½ cup of tapioca flour
⅔ cup whole milk
⅓ oil
½ cup cheddar cheese
1 egg
1 tbsp salt 


Preheat oven at 350 F⁰
Blend everything, add cheese last, don't blend too much, leave it chunky. 

Cook for 15-20 minutes

Ingredients
- **1 cup ketchup**
- **1/4 cup apple cider vinegar**
- **1/4 cup brown sugar**
- **1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce**
- **1 tablespoon mustard**
- **1 tablespoon onion powder**
- **1 teaspoon garlic powder**
- **1 teaspoon smoked paprika**
- **1/2 teaspoon black pepper**
- **1/4 teaspoon salt**
- **1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional for heat)**

Instructions

1. Combine Ingredients**: In a medium bowl, mix together all the ingredients until well 

2. Simmer (Optional)**: For a thicker sauce, you can simmer the mixture on low heat for about 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

McDonald's Sweet 'N' Sour Sauce (Pineapple-Orange Version)

**Ingredients:**

- 1/4 cup pineapple preserves
- 1/4 cup orange preserves
- 2 tablespoons light corn syrup
- 2 tablespoons white vinegar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon yellow mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons water

**Instructions:**

1. In a small saucepan, combine the pineapple preserves and orange preserves.
2. Add the light corn syrup, white vinegar, cornstarch, soy sauce, yellow mustard, salt, garlic powder, and water.
3. Stir well to combine all ingredients.
4. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens, about 3-5 minutes.
5. Remove from heat and allow to cool before serving.

Easy Homemade Ranch

Ingredients
- 2 packets of Hidden Valley Ranch seasoning
- 16 oz mayonnaise
- 16 oz sour cream

Instructions
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, and Ranch seasoning packets.
2. Mix until smooth and well blended. Cover and refrigerate for at least an hour to chill before serving. Enjoy!
