roasted Brussel sprouts

Cut into half and half again

Preheat oven to 425

Add salt pepper, garlic and onion powder
Onto oiled cast iron
Cook for 40 minutes
 
Turkey burgers

Once they start to show red add 
Paprika,  garlic,  salt and pepper 


Lean ground beef
Add salt, pepper, onion,red cayane pepper,Italian seasoning,  garlic powder
Plate with rice


375 at 40 min
In cast iron, green beans in oil

lactation cookies

INGREDIENTS

1/2 cups gluten free oat flour

3/4 cup brown sugar flour

1 cup sugar

1/4 cup ground flax seeds

1 teaspoon baking soda

1 tablespoon cinnamon

1 teaspoon fine sea salt

1 1/2 cups gluten free rolled oats

3 large eggs

1/4 cup maple syrup


Use 2 spoons to put on 2 sheets of parchment,  about 2 inches apart. For about 20 min at 350. Then pull them off with the 1st sheet and can get second batch going while 1st cools

Makes about 30 cookies


1 stick melted butter

1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract

1/2 cups dark chocolate chips, or chunks

Yucatan salsa

1 small Red onion thin sliced
2 Habanero peppers finely diced 
Salt and pepper 
Juice from and orange 
Juice from a lime
1 tbsp Oregano

Punch

Christmas Punch
Ingredients

2 parts orange juice
2 parts cranberry juice
1 part pinapple juice
1 part ginger ale

Lime Sherbet punch

1 quart of Lime sherbet
2 liter of 7-up

=================

7up punch

1 can frozen orange juice concentrate
1/2 gallon of sherbet
2 liter of 7up

Lemon/Lime for garnish

Add liquid into a punch bowl.
Float sherbet on top.
Let sherbet soften a few minutes before serving.

Salsa Verde

Ingredients

10 tomatillos
1 white onion
4 serrano chiles
4 cloves garlic
1/2 cup cilantro
1 tbsp better than bullion
1 tbsp. cooking oil
salt to taste

Peep off husk and wash residue
Peel and quarter onion
Chopp off tops of chilies
Add garlic and boil for about 10 minutes

Add all to blender, and add cilantro
Add 1 tbsp better than bullion

In saucepan add oil and pour in blender contents, stir until your desired consistency.

Move to bottles and pour over tacos...
