**Ingredients:**
- 1 stick of butter
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic (or garlic powder)
- 1 tablespoon chicken bouillon (Better Than Bouillon)
- 2 cups grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Cooked macaroni noodles
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
