INGREDIENTS
1/2 cups gluten free oat flour
3/4 cup brown sugar flour
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup ground flax seeds
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon fine sea salt
1 1/2 cups gluten free rolled oats
3 large eggs
1/4 cup maple syrup
Use 2 spoons to put on 2 sheets of parchment, about 2 inches apart. For about 20 min at 350. Then pull them off with the 1st sheet and can get second batch going while 1st cools
Makes about 30 cookies
1 stick melted butter
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/2 cups dark chocolate chips, or chunks
